Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly apartment complex and invite you and your family to enjoy living in this peaceful community where everyone’s needs are met, including your pets. 

Up to 2 pets per apartment. $500 refundable pet fee. See your community office for more details. 

 

Breed restrictions apply: 

Dogs of a class with known vicious or aggressive propensity shall not be permitted as pets. Examples of these breeds (but not exclusive): Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Huskies.
